Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Auri: Daily Progress Tracker mobile application (the “Application”), developed by Josefine Perreiter (the “Service Provider”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

The Application provides tools for tracking habits, progress, and personal development. The Service Provider does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using the Application.

2. User Accounts

To use the Application’s features, you are required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The Application may offer paid subscriptions.

• Subscriptions are billed through your app store account (e.g. Apple App Store)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription via your app store account settings
• Refunds are handled by the app store provider and not by the Service Provider

The Service Provider does not have access to your full payment information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or copy the Application
• Interfere with the functionality or security of the Application

All intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application relies on third-party services, including:

• Supabase (backend and authentication)
• RevenueCat (subscription management)

The Service Provider is not responsible for the services or terms of these third parties.

6. Availability and Changes

The Service Provider may:

• Modify or discontinue the Application at any time
• Introduce new features or paid services

The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or opportunities

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

8. Termination

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the Application at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the app.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

10. Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
